5 months agoThe company charged me $151.50 to receive a quote on my HVAC system which was not disclosed when speaking with the lady who answered the phone. Their website says free quote(will post screenshot if possible). I called to discuss the fee and the owner Melissa sounded out of breath, angry, and upset with just me saying hello. When I told her about the fee and it not being stated when making an appointment. She became VERY defensive. She stated, "In my x number of years, I have NEVER told my customers their was a fee!" Then she tries to put the blame on me and asks me if I asked if there was a fee. I told her I honestly dont remember, but I usually do. I have had over 20 people doing different work on a home I recently purchased.During this conversation, I said three times. I am going to pay the fee; even though I dont agree with it. She continued to be upset. I will chalk it up to maybe she was just having a not so good day. The technician who came out was great! Very nice and professional! In summary, Let your customers know it's a fee associated with your service and let them decide if they want to proceed or not. -
