6 months agoHad I known about this amazing bunch of guys I would have had them do my roof and not the other company. I usually don't answer the door when someone from any company knocks because they're usually aggressive salesmen. Last night I saw two guys named Travis and Ryan, big smiles and were standing back off my porch. I had to open the door and see what they had to offer! I'm glad I did, they didn't try to sell me anything as they told me up front. They clearly saw some damage to my 2 year old roof and asked if they could inspect it for free. What the hell right, it couldn't hurt and a few weeks ago I noticed water marks on my ceilings in the kitchen. Along comes Matt, he and the boys get out the ladders and up they go! Immediately, Matt found my issue and it was flashing near the kitchen that needed caulking. Fixed, no charge...now the previous roofers did some poor work, it was clearly noticeable but also they didn't finish the work on the side and back side of my house leaving old tiles and didn't replace them with new. As a consumer I don't know about roofing but after seeing the pictures that makes me really aware of how bad jobs can be done. The guys gave me some great advice, I'll also go back to the other company and have them finish the job. I happened to be grilling while they were working so when they got down we all had brats and jalapeño poppers. These guys are truly some of the best people and now friends that I've met! Let them inspect your roof, trust them because they'll def earn it! I'll get with you guys soon and the steaks are on me for all you've done! Thanks Travis Ryan and Matt! -

1 year agoIf you need a new roof and help with the insurance process; this is your guy. I was struggling to find someone to help me get a new roof in a fair and just manner. Casey was awesome and had no issue communicating with me through the whole process. We really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him for your home reno needs! Kevin and his crew were very professional, not only when dealing with me and my family, but dealing with my insurance company. Kevin spent countless hours making sure that nothing was missed....... It was a difficult project, but seamless to me. I will use Kevin and his crew for any Future roofing projects that I may have. -

2 years agoIn March of this year, our area was hit with horrible storms. It left its damaging mark on many homes, and ours was no different. It seemed that everyone was looking for someone to help guide them on repairs. We were fortunate enough to meet a young man named Casey who was in our neighborhood checking on roof damage. After speaking with him, we decided to go with Southern Roofing and Renovations. We are so thrilled we did! Casey worked diligently during the process, which was not an easy task dealing with our insurance company. Throughout the process, he kept us informed and reassured us that he would not give up. Casey and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, efficient, and respected our property during the process of demoing the old roof and the installation of the new one. 2 years agoAfter the big storm I called 5 different roofing companies. All of them were 4-6 weeks out and couldn't even come and put a tarp down for us as we dealt with the next storm. I called SouthernRNR and spoke with Josh and Sam. Not only did they come and put a tarp down in 2 days time, but they were able to do an entire roof install in under a week. As the job was done, I was told by family "oh you'll find nails in your yard for months/years even." And Sam made sure to come out multiple times to find nails to make sure I won't be concerned or worried about my kids stepping on one. Overall I'm extremely happy. Great workmanship, great timing, and great response time. Full transparency, they were not the cheapest option. But they were the quickest and overall best. Well worth the extra spending!
