I called Jordan for help when trying to replace a part that was giving me some difficulty. He not only returned my call right away, but he came out that same day to help. He was so responsive and helpful, I decided to hand all my pool maintenance over to him. I highly recommend Jordan - he is professional and trustworthy. -

5 months agoJordan is great! He has been maintaining my pool for a year. He is punctual and communicative and lets me know of any issues before they become a bigger concern. I run an AirBnB so having the pool sparkling clean for all guests is an absolute must and unlike the previous companies I have had, Jordan has never let me down. When needed, he has also come outside of his regular days to ensure everything is as it must be. I love the fact that he is the one doing the work and I get to communicate directly with him. I have had larger companies before that made you go through 2 layers of middlemen before you can talk to someone about what is actually going on with your pool. Beware of those! Transparent on pricing as well, unlike others who advertise a low upfront cost and nickel and dime you to get to a higher overall price in the end. Highly recommend him to anyone in Austin and surrounding areas. -
