3 months agoTook vehicle in for simple drive belt replacement, the belt tension bolt was bent during installation as verified by another mechanic. causing noise and belt damage Not recommended. -

3 months agoWhile passing through TN, our 2018 Chev Sub had a total transmission failure. I limped into town and ended up @ Beachaven after a referal from a local GM garage that could not help us for several weeks. Carson took my call, provided directions, and assured me he would work hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. After confirming the diagnosis, they reviewed options and cost. I selected a Jasper reman which was available the following day. Beachaven recieved it the following AM and had it installed and ready to roll that same day! Pretty impressive to have a major break down a day before the Christmas break, roll in, and roll out in just over 24hr. This shop is run and opearted by automotive rock stars. I highly recommend them for your auto service needs. -

4 months agoOvercharged for towing car less than 1/4 mile to shop after trying to negotiate with Carson he didn't charge for 2 days storage, still paid $312.00 because he said it was abandoned and no key available, however I ended up getting one front axle replaced and 3 studs and 3 lug bolts for $722.00 which also was over priced,I ended up paying over $1,000 total in 24 hours. Good customer service but seriously over priced parts and labor.
