9 months agoOur AC went out in 110° heat with my sick elderly mother inside. The first company we hired (a well-known local name) failed to fix it 3 times, took advantage of us financially, and showed no urgency/concern even after I told them my mother was close to having a heat stroke. That's when I found Sturdi Home Solutions, and everything changed. Brandi and her husband (the owners) responded almost immediately and came out shortly after I contacted them, despite a packed schedule. They found the issue right away, something the other company completely missed. Sturdi is known for fixing what others mess up, and it shows. They explained the problem clearly, treated my mother with real care, and respected our financial situation. No upselling, no pressure. They even invited us to their church, and were so kind. I truly believe they helped save my mother's life. This is a skilled, honest, family-run business that puts people first. In a world of corporations, finding a team like this is rare. Both of them were super sweet, professional, and just genuinely great guys. Seth even replaced my thermostat. Fast, friendly, and fantastic service all around. Highly recommend! -
