3 months agoDustin Taylor has just solved a problem that has been going on for the last 5 years. He was here to service our unit because it was not heating. After 5 minutes in the attic he discovered that our electric heat was never hooked up from the start. All this time our unit had never used the electric heat and the air has never been warm air that has come out of the vents. Thanks to Dustin for figuring out what's been wrong for years. I will always ask for him when we need a service call from One Hour! He is professional and very knowledgeable about his work. -
