The gentleman came out today, almost immediately identified the issue, and chatted with me for the time it took to install the replacement part (a broken contactor). The entire visit only took 30 minutes. Professional, personable, and fast service, and the cost was below my expectation! They're a family business and he said they don't advertise but instead rely on word-of-mouth from satisfied, loyal customers - after today they can count me among that number.
