2 months agoSoot-Busters chimney sweep professional, Jacob, not only cleaned our chimney but he explained every step he took and what he was looking for. After two hours of meticulously removing and explaining creosote, we had a clean chimney.He was extremely professional and experienced, and he was nice. I highly recommend this company and I will have them inspecting my chimney annually. -

2 months agoJacob, the tech, came and cleaned our chimney after a chimney fire. In all the years I have had our chimney cleaned, I have never seen someone be so detailed and take the time to get the job done properly. They will be cleaning my chimney in the future and my mom's too. -

3 months agoI want to thank Jacob & Juan from Soot-busters For coming out this evening to check on my fireplace insert to make sure it was safe to use in case the power went out during this expected bad weather. They were working me in I had told them it didn't matter what time it was. I appreciated that they were coming out. They were so professional , Efficient, & knowledgeable Jacob said specifically he would not leave until he knew that it was safe ( Which also meant he had to look up the manual and find information about it) They treated me as if I was their first customer of the day not that they have been working tirelessly all day Trying to take care of all the emergencies of those needing to make sure that their heat was in order. I highly recommend them for any of your chimney needs. I don't know the scope of everything they do however I think their name pretty well says it all. For those of us that have waited until we needed it and didn't have I Want to thank both of you, gentlemen, for making sure that I would have heat if the power went off. Please use them for your services. It's needed. They are excellent!!!!!!!! -

Our system isn't exactly routine, and they were able to educate me on what we have and how to use it correctly. Very helpful, super friendly and motivated to get the job done right. 100% recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.
