  We are a dental office trying to work with them. Very hard to get a hold of Hamilton the manager who handles projects. Either understaffed or bad communication, any case, we're not able to get in touch with anybody to get work done. Would not recommend, we're wasting our time waiting for them.

  Having worked closely with Brandon Fleming and his team at Shaub Construction for almost a year now, I can speak to the incredible dedication and care they take. My conversation with Shaub began with a phone call to Brandon, who despite running what is without a doubt one of Nashville's best construction companies, couldn't be more personable and approachable. He defined the timeline and parameters of the project in a very clear-cut and efficient way, and connected me with his construction manager, Trey, who was impeccably organized and communicative throughout the entire process. Once construction began, a superintendent was dedicated to my construction site full-time. In my particular case, I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Hutchins, who brought with him decades of expertise. From the very beginning, Kurt welcomed me to the site anytime, making it clear he was there to help make my vision a reality. I could write a book on the countless ways Kurt went above and beyond on my project, regularly taking it upon himself to ensure an incredible result. Brandon was very discerning about the subcontractors they hired for the project, and all of them demonstrated sincere professionalism and quality work. Even while trusting their colleagues, Kurt, Trey, and Brandon continued to carefully monitor the project to make sure everything was done above standard. Ultimately, my project was completed on schedule and surpassed my expectations. I consider Kurt, Trey, and Brandon friends at this point. They all approached my project with care and respect, demonstrating a genuine concern for the final product, and with a sincere concern for my future success. Do not let the lack of google reviews dissuade you from considering Shaub for your project, this group is superb.

  96269....this is the license plate number of the truck running probably close to 20 miles an hour over the speed limit on Rucker Ln this morning in Murfreesboro. Not only that, the driver turned left in front of an oncoming vehicle curing them off when he he could have waited 5 more seconds for that car to pass and have a clear lane of oncoming traffic. The car he cut in front of would have had zero reaction time if something went wrong. This driver is a direct reflection on your company and his actions will definitely impact a potential customers choice in choosing your business.

  Clay was great to work with. This was our first project so we didn't know what to expect, but their experience, attention to detail, and quick response time helped us through the process. We were very picky and they were professional and patient with us. We would highly recommend Shaub.

  I wanted to share my experience with Shaub Construction on my buildout of Nashville Pediatric Dentistry. They came in mid project and treated me with the respect and were transparent on every step. They finished on time, corrected little things along the way, and were honest. I was not nickel and dimed for every change, and Brandon Fleming, one of the partners, came into my project and suggested that I change the original paint colors because he believed that his idea on paint color choice would better suit my project. He was right and I have very happy patients because of him. One of the most impressive things Shaub did for me was that I had only two air conditioner units in the original plan and they were supposed to be mounted on the roof. Brandon and Trey Brassfield (my project manager) suggested that I have three air conditioning units and put them on the ground. They informed me on the front end that the plans would have to be changed, and there was an additional cost, but they strongly believed in this change to the original plans. I went with their suggestion and they were completely right. Summer time can be brutal with a south facing wall. They have earned my trust and future business. Karl Hammers was my superintendent and he was also great to me. He went above and beyond to help me in every single way possible. I have been in my building for 6 months and I have not had to call them for any construction issues. Their work was amazing. I would gladly recommend them! Thank you Shaub Construction!
