6 months agoWalked in and was not greeted by a single staff member. Walked around for 15minutes and still not a single person asked if I needed help. Very unfortunate as I am looking to remodel my bathroom. -

8 months agoDo not use this company at all. This company is a rip off. Not only do are their prices high, they tell you they don't take returns for new unopened boxes that they sold you. The representatives lie and when make you over order everything and uses "potential waste" as the excuse but they will definitely over order and not accept your returns... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

FAQ
How does ProSource Memphis determine pricing for carpet and flooring projects?
We base pricing on the specific materials you select, the size of the area, and any preparation needed for your subfloor. Our team visits your space or reviews measurements to provide a detailed quote that fits your budget and project needs. This approach ensures transparency, covering labor, materials, and installation without hidden fees.
Do you offer free estimates for flooring installation?
We provide free estimates to help you understand costs upfront. During the visit, our staff measures the space, discusses material options from our stocked showroom, and explains factors affecting the final price. This lets you plan effectively for your carpet, tile, or remodel project.
Is ProSource Memphis licensed and insured for carpet contracting and remodels?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance to protect your home and our work during installations. This coverage handles any potential issues, giving you peace of mind for bathroom remodels, kitchen updates, or flooring jobs. Our experienced staff follows industry standards to ensure safe, professional results.
What is your process for scheduling and timelines on flooring projects at ProSource Memphis?
ProSource Memphis works with you to set a clear timeline based on project scope, material availability, and your availability. We confirm arrival windows in advance and aim to complete work efficiently, accounting for drying times or subfloor prep. Regular updates keep you informed throughout the process.
Does ProSource Memphis handle cleanup and debris removal after tile or carpet installation?
We remove old flooring, debris, and waste from your site, leaving the area clean and ready to use. Our installers manage this as part of the standard process for carpet, tile, or countertop projects. Proper disposal follows local guidelines to minimize disruption to your home.
Why is professional installation better than DIY for kitchen remodels or carpet projects?
Professionals assess subfloors, select compatible padding, and use tools for precise seams and cuts that prevent buckling or wear over time. DIY often misses these steps, leading to uneven surfaces or voided warranties from manufacturers. Our showroom guidance matches materials to your needs, ensuring durability and longevity without the risks of amateur errors.
