7 months agoExtremely satisfied with Larry's Heating and Cooling--diagnosed our issue, offered options, and installation done on schedule and on bid. Also, recently did work for other family members in more of an emergency situation which was resolved in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend them--you won't be sorry. A follow up to my previous review...Once again, Larry's Heating and Cooling Inc. provided professional, prompt and reliable service. We had a pressing issue that needed attention ASAP and they came out the same day to review the issue, explained our options, were out early the following week and fixed the issue and even made sure all of the gas appliances were working before they closed up and left. All is well. They have done work for us in the past and for my mom as well and we have nothing but positive experiences with all of the folks we have worked with from Larry's...Tom is a great project manager as well. I cannot remember all the names of the workers who did the projects but they have all been awesome as are the office gals who answer the phone when calling in about our heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much!!! -

8 months agoI had a pleasant experience with the service man that Larry's Heat & Air sent out today. His name was Kyle, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He called to let me know that he was on his way, and actually arrived ahead of time! He had My A/C Fixed in a decent amount of time without blowing the budget. I was over all pleased with The service I received from all of the employees at Larry's. I will be calling them again in the future... If need be. -

10 months agoI've been doing business with Larry's heating & cooling since 2008 when I bought my house. I've always been quite happy with their techs and their service. My water heater quit a couple weeks ago. I called to see if they could send a tech. The woman I talked to asked me how old my heater was and if it was leaking. I told her it was 20 years old and couldn't tell if it was leaking. She suggested that it might be better to send a consultant to get me an estimate on a replacement. I agreed. She sent Jamie. He was great. He spotted the leak and gave me an estimate on a replacement. He told me it might be a week before they could get it done. I said ok. I'll get a hotel to get a shower. He called me back later and said he'd get it done sooner. Three days later he called and asked me if he could send a crew that morning. Yes. They came before 9 a.m. by noon I had warm water. Two very courteous, polite,and professional young men. They did a very good installation. Cleaned up very well after themselves. I love my new water heater. And my nice hot shower. Highly recommend. -
