5 months agoWell, my mother in law is 80 years of age and we woukd ask her where the bill she goes I already paided it Yes we shoukd of called to check but they took her can and we tried to explain she is forgetful or she thought she paid it the lady says nope once we pick up the can she would need to find another service. So adios you lost not just one customer but two customer one being a business. Sad that we coukdnt arrange it so it can be taken out of our credit card but nope. How sad, don't let your mom forget to pay the midco bill they may come n collect their devices n tell you to go elsewhere regardless of the situation. How sad. -
