1 month agoAn issue arose with my furnace last night and the temperature had dropped in my home. I called Central Heating since they had installed the HVAC system when the home was built and I have used them for service each spring and fall. They were able to have a tech arrive today who diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and make the repair. Luke, the technician, was superb - knowledgeable, personable, efficient and clean! Many thanks to Luke and the company for great service! -

3 months agoSpent no time actually trying to check things, told me my furnance room leaking below freezing air into my apartment was "normal" and got an attitude when i didnt just agree with him. Mason is terrible at communicating and i'm upset I even let them into my home. If i could give zero stars i would. -
