8 months agoI had a very pleasant experience with the entire process of in store sales assistance from Ann as well as the installation process. Making a carpet change decision is overwhelming but Ann showed me several different flooring and carpet samples. I requested 3 different option quotes and received them very promptly. The installation crew that Ann referred to me were absolutely wonderful to work with and I was very impressed with the job. Overall, the only thing that would have made it better is if someone else had cleaned out the rooms for the carpet and put it all back! I would highly recommend! -

8 months agoThree months ago, we decided it was time to replace the flooring in our home. Our first stop was a flooring store two blocks from Thornton flooring. Big mistake! The salesman was very rude and not helpful at all. Next stop....Thornton flooring. What a difference. The entire staff was welcoming and very helpful. Todd was out shortly after our initial visit to measure and also answered a lot of our questions. Ann, our salesperson was extremely helpful and made it a fun experience in helping us make our decision on carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. And then came Adam our installer, who did an awesome job and was great to work with. The whole experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend Thornton Flooring. -
