3 months agoIf I could leave zero stars that would be more appropriate....i made an online service request to replace two bath fans. I was called the next day and service was scheduled for 3pm on 12/31. I then received both texts and emails confirming the appointment. At 10am on 12/31 I revived a phone call stating today wouldn't work after all. I explained I was only in town for a few days but I could remain in town until Saturday 1/3 if we could reschedule for Friday 1/2. But I needed to have assurance that someone would be out on Friday 1/2. I was assured that Friday would work and they would "get me taken care of".... No show on Friday 1/2. I called and texted on 1/2 with no response. So I stayed an additional day unnecessarily and no bath fans replaced. I called/texted a week later and still no acknowledgement. I would not recommend and at this point I wouldn't allow them to provide service for free.
