I was lucky enough to get On Point Electric to upgrade the outside panel for a hot tub installation. It was cold, snowy and generally unpleasant outside weather, a bit difficult space wise; but the electrician was polite, professional, thorough in spite of all that. I would highly recommend them.

FAQ

How does On Point Electric determine pricing for electrical work?

We provide custom quotes based on the specific details of your project. During an initial assessment, we evaluate the scope of work, materials needed, and labor involved to give you an accurate estimate. Our pricing is transparent and upfront, so you'll know exactly what to expect before we begin any electrical upgrades, panel installations, or remodel wiring work.

Are you licensed and insured?

On Point Electric maintains the proper licensing and insurance required to perform electrical work safely and legally. This protects both you and our team while ensuring all work meets local code requirements. When hiring an electrician, always verify these credentials to guarantee your project is handled by qualified professionals.

Does On Point Electric handle hot tub panel installations and electrical upgrades?

Yes, we specialize in electrical upgrades including panel installations for hot tubs and similar projects. Our team has experience working on jobs of any size, even in challenging conditions like cold or snowy weather and tight spaces. Whether you're planning a hot tub installation or a full electrical upgrade, we can handle the work professionally.

How quickly can you schedule my electrical work?

On Point Electric prioritizes fast response times to get your project started promptly. We understand that electrical needs often require timely attention, whether it's a remodel, panel upgrade, or emergency repair. Contact us at 2525 W Chicago St in Rapid City, SD to discuss your timeline and get scheduled for your next project.

What should I expect from On Point Electric regarding cleanup after the work is done?

We leave clean work behind as part of our commitment to professionalism. After completing your electrical installation, remodel wiring, or panel upgrade, our crew cleans up the work area so your home is left in good condition. This attention to detail is part of delivering quality service from start to finish.

Why should I hire a professional electrician instead of doing electrical work myself?

Electrical work involves serious safety risks if not done properly, including the risk of electrocution and electrical fires. Licensed electricians have specialized training, proper tools, and knowledge of local electrical codes to ensure the job is completed safely and correctly the first time. Professional installation also protects your home's warranty coverage and prevents costly mistakes that DIY work might create.
