5 months agoCalled Jasper on Labor Day and he called me back quickly and we scheduled a pick up for the next day. He was very friendly and professional!! Today he gave me a ring and they were running ahead of schedule so he even picked it up early and sent me pictures to confirm. I am so happy to have that damn exercise bike out of the way so I can walk through the basement again! Lol! Thank you Jasper for getting that done so quickly and professionally with a great price! -

5 months agoI was here from out-of-state for the weekend to help my 92-year-old mom change from a queen bed to an adaptable twin. I needed to dispose of her very old mattress &springs and bed. I got an online estimate from GoLoadUp that was very high. I then called Clean Sweep, a local Rapid City company, at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and they were there at 3:30pm to remove the mattress & box springs, and bed set. The price was reasonable, about what i expected to pay. The price was less than half i was quoted from GoLoadUp. Jasper was very nice, very professional, and his truck & trailer were in good condition, a signal to me that they take care of things well. The job was done by 4pm. Very quick and very easy. I was so relieved to have this all taken care of the weekend i was there. Jasper said he is usually scheduled 1-2 days out. He had just finished for the day and I caught him at a good time. He was just 5 minutes away from my mom's place so there was some luck involved. I was extremely happy that he was so responsive when he could have just not replied to my call late on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this reliable, reasonable local company.
