17 years ago. His work was excellent. We didn't give him a written plan, he just came around and I told him what I wanted. He figured out where everything would go. He told me that it would take two days of work, and so I knew what the cost would approximately be. It actually came out way lower than the estimates that we had gotten. -

19 years agoWe were very pleased by the work Jim did. He's a single operator. We had him out on two separate occasions, the first time to replace an existing ceiling fan in our master bedroom and install track lighting in our dining room. The second time to install some hallway lighting, under cabinet lighting, a new fixture in our master closet and another ceiling fan in our family room. He does very good work and is very reasonable. The first day he was there all day and we paid him only $180 the second time was about the same. I thought that was very reasonable.
