7 months agoIf I could give these guys 6 stars, I would - mostly because my AC is finally colder than my ex's heart. One-Way Service Pros showed up on time, fixed my unit faster than I can microwave popcorn, and didn't judge me for the fact that I tried to 'DIY' it with duct tape and a YouTube video. They explained everything in plain English (not HVAC wizard talk), and now my house feels like the inside of a polar bear's fridge. Bonus: they didn't track mud on my carpet, which basically makes them saints. If you need HVAC work and want to laugh while you stop sweating like you're in a sauna you didn't sign up for, call these guys. 10/10 would break my AC again just to hang out with them. -
