2 months ago5 AM, Feb 1, 2026---19 degrees outside, our furnace is out. 53 degrees inside and falling. Called Krantz. By 6:30AM, Krantz service tech Thomas arrived all the way from Leesville, despite snow covered road. Frozen condensation pump. Thomas diagnosed & fixed the problem. Furnace restored. By 7:10, inside temp is back to thermostat setting. These days, you can't put a price on service like that. Thank you, Krantz. And thank you Thomas. Bless you both. -

2 months agoI called Krantz (Plumbing) Thursday morning around 10:00 with a very worrisome situation. Blake and Anthony were at my house before 1:00pm, quickly assessed the problem, explained what was going on, and repaired the issue! They communicated with me so that I could understand and assured me that the problem was not as bad as I had envisioned.....and I was truly worried! Both guys were very pleasant and professional. They are truly the Best! I wish there were more than 5 stars!! Thank you Krantz Kooling and Heating and Plumbing for having these Guys on your Team!
