I trusted him to replace it. He kept me updated, put the unit in, did an AMAZING job, he is efficient, honest and kind. We are enjoying our new, efficient unit with no worries. -

3 years agoMartha Wright. You did not pay your diagnostic fee. You were quoted on repairs for your dryer and informed that the washer you had sitting out the door at the time of pickup was non repairable. She refused repairs for the dryer. Her equipment was returned numerous times to collect that diagnostic fee but Ms. Wright would not answer. She never contacted the company to take care of her outstanding bill for 6 months. She was notified about the disposal of that washer as well. Ms Wright paid more for court costs than to do the right thing. After hearing the case in court and the decision was rendered she has maliciously attacked this company on this platform with untruthful statements. Noted for a court of law. Ms Tabitha S. This company has never agreed to, contacted you, or have ever performed any work for you. This is a third-party platform in which you have lied and maliciously attacked this company for your own personal gain. Noted for a court of law. 3 years agoDid not return washer and kept it I outside for 5to 5onths,and through the washer in the trash brought thr dryer back and set it in the without notifying me and left the dryer in the middle of my yard without notifying me.!!
