3 months agoWhat an attitude and an ego wrote on my unit, as if it was a chalkboard in Catholic school had to get nail polish remover to wipe it all off and in the end, my ecobee thermostat thresholds for my auxiliary heat were set so it would never come on set for a 5° difference in the reading in the house and not to come on until below 35° on top of which the sensor was set 2° off I was cooling to 70 thinking I was cooling 272 Air Solutions found that issue and the self-help for the thresholds helped me correct the rest. I can only think that this was intentional. I'm sorry and I've waited this long. It was installed a year ago until I did all my research. -

6 months agoMy grandma reached out to them for repair on her unit they got the heat working but try cutting it it off and it kept running, they came out to correct it, but now at this time which is 5:08 am Friday November 7 I set the thermostat t 70 degrees my house should be 70 degrees not at 80 or above doing same exact thing come fix my grandma unit the correct way -

1 year agoTook them two months to come repair a job that HE messed up. I couldn't put a air filter in my unit the whole time so I rigged it to work. He decides to take my new air filter nd throw it away without even telling me. Also they don't return phone calls. Would not recommend to anyone. -
