3 weeks agoTerribly run company. Go with someone else. Installed a new door and it broke after 6 months. They said it was under warranty when they fixed it and proceeded to bill us for the repair and won't provide reasoning. Have called at least 10 times to get an explanation and they always say they will call back with an answer. -

After months of unresponsiveness, two failed service visits, and ultimately requiring the owner's personal involvement to correct the installation, we were invoiced $125 for a service call to remedy their faulty installation which was already paid in full. We would not recommend this company. -

2 months agoLong story short, we had a garage door installed by all about garage doors back in 2021 which resulted in a catastrophic failure in 2026 due to incorrect installation. The owner of all about garage doors was contacted, and to his credit, came out immediately to look at the door and attempt to fix. However, he was unable to fix the door, and despite saying he would reach out to us to schedule the repair, he never did. After reaching out to him on multiple occasions, we inevitably ended up going with another repair service to fix the door. The repair ended up costing as much as the original door and installation. But with this new service, we have a lifetime warranty. I am certain the work is done correctly now. The owner was upset when I left a one star review. I agreed to pull the initial review if he would make amends. He did not. So I am reposting the review. I would like to add if he wants to leave a one star review for my business in retaliation, please feel free to do so. I am a United States Air Force veteran who served during 9/11 and I will not be intimidated by the threat of a petty one star review from an unscrupulous individual. -
