Thankfully west mechanical is an amazing company, and came out same day, and even worked with me on reimbursement paperwork for my home warranty. Limric would not do that for me, so they lost my business. I'll be using WM now. Tristan was a knowledgeable, and friendly tech, and got my ac working again quickly. Deana(their dispatcher) worked with me to get my reimbursement paperwork filed, and kept me in the loop the whole time during the process. I couldn't be more grateful.
