1 month agoTyler was the tech who did our first appointment. He was on time and knew what had to done. He was also the tech for our second appointment. As I stated before knew what had to be done. Made sure any questions we had were answered. The second tech showed up they worked together to get the job done. I apologize I don't remember the name of the second tech. When the job was done they waited around to make sure everything was working correctly. I would say that they are an asset to your company. -

1 month agoCasper kept me informed through the whole process. We had a whole A/C system installed inside and out. They showed up on time and took less time than we thought. The team was courteous and put down drop cloths so not much to clean up. Would thoroughly recommend. -

2 months agoWe awoke without heat, and we needed it! I called the big-name HVAC contractor that we have a contract with and was put on hold for a while before I was bounced to leaving a message. After an hour or two I contacted Elite Air & Heat. A service technician was dispatched, and he had our heat restored within the first ten minutes that he was on site. Charges were minimal. I highly recommend Elite Air & Heat if you need help or are considering system replacements. -
