9 years agoA little slow to respond to emails. Would wait a few days to hear back. Changed arrival time 1 hour before requested time to 2 hours later then were 40 minutes late. Sloppy, careless job the first round, but were apologetic and returned a few days later and redid the cleaning with no charge. El the owner was easy to deal with and kind. -

9 years agoThe 2-person team was a no-show at the agreed time and day. I only got an explanation after I called the owner to find out what happened. Rescheduled for the next day. It was supposed to be a deep clean, to take however long as would be necessary, as specified on the Angie's List promotion. I went to the unit 2-1/2 hours later to find them LAYING ON THE FLOOR, playing music and playing on their phones! No apologies were given by the two cleaning people - Marta or Latoya. I called the owner who simply wanted to focus on the cleaning job instead of her staffs' extreme unprofessionalism. Fair enough, but the cleaning job itself was also inexcusably subpar. For a deep clean they failed to clean the oven, bathtub, radiators or window sills to an acceptable level and even left the stove top dirty after I requested them to give it attention a 2nd and 3rd time. The owner agreed to refund me 50% for the cleaning job, but she does not seem to have authority over her staff. After I asked one of the cleaning team to please spend more time on the stove top she asked me "How much are you paying for this clean?" Please note, this was asked AFTER I found them lounging in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately I did not find this company professional and I would not recommend this company's services. -
