2 years agoLots of rain, plus heavy wind, plus shallow roots equals TIMMMBERRR. But thankfully Miquel was able to come the next day to cut them up and carry them away. Plus he removed one that was dead but still standing. Now all that's left to do is rebuild my neighbor's fence. If you're needing a tree guy, I know who to call. I don't think there's a stick left in the yard. He was courteous and professional and I know I got the best deal I could. -

2 years agoI called them a Saturday morning after some big branches fall in my roof. They told me some guy name Miguel was going to come in the afternoon, never show up! I decided to take the whole tree down with a couple of friends before it got worse. I asked them a couple days after if they could give me a "Free Estimate" to come get the branches. They said Tuesday morning we coming check the job, well Tuesday arrived and Miguel told he was coming after a job he was doing. I send them photos for them to give me an estimate after I never heard back from Miguel again!!! I guess he didn't feel like driving by to see the job or brave enough to gave me an estimate with pictures I him! There is not a problem if you can't do the job or to come give an estimate! But there is a problem when you tell the the customers you coming and never show up!! -

3 years agoWe are so glad to have found this company to help us remove 9 trees from a new property. Leah and Miguel are super punctual on responses/quotes/meetings and out of 3-4 quotes they were the most competitive! They communicated amazingly through the entire project and followed up with me unprompted. They have gone out of their way and have been great at recommending additional limbs that should be removed away from the home while providing expert opinions on other trees. Have already recommended them to others in our neighborhood and will continue to do so! -

3 years agoA woman named Leah sent me a text April 03, 2022 stating her husband "Miguel " would meet me at 9:09 am the morning of April 05,, 2022 to provide an estimate for removing several trees. The night of April 4th I worked an exhausting 16 hour shift at Prisma Health, came home and waited for Miguel to arrive. 9:32 Am Leah sent a rambling, confusing text as to the reason Miguel never arrived for the appointment. I sent her a text stating I would hire someone else since I no longer trusted this company. Hours later Leah sent another text stating everyone makes mistakes. I asked her to please not contact me again. I never spoke with a Miguel. This Leah thinks she makes herself sound honest by continually texting "have a blessed day". I could have provided them with alot work. I now do not trust that these positive reviews are real. I must be blessed I discovered these people are obviously dishonest before I had the misfortune of hiring this company.
