3 weeks agoHad them come to start a hayward warranty on a Hayward HydraPure that had melted and failed. They literally submitted that the bulb was blown instead of saying the ozone bulb had melted the bulb chamber and had signs of burning. No clue why the technician didn't notice and have now have had my warranty denied for a Hayward Hydropure which literally melted. Luckily it did not burn down the garage The owner did say he would call the Hayward representative and I will be happy to change my review if they can sort it out. Update 2-9-26. Hayward said they would replace I. December. No joy yet. The administration at Safewater has been very responsive -

2 months agoFantastic experience. We had Safewater for a free estimate to evaluate our pool system. Ended up having them replace our Cell system And redoing the wires, connecting the pool system to the electrical sub-panel. Great work, great communication and will likely do an ongoing maintenance plan. Highly recommend. -

3 months agoAndrew came over to give me an estimate for a large project. While confirming there's enough space in the electrical panel, a small issue was found that needed to be fixed. A crew stopped by 20 mins later and it was fixed 10 mins after that.
