1 year agoFrom that first moment we made the call, PuroClean has been with us every step of the way. Dealing with water loss in your home is extremely overwhelming, especially in the humid south. Add in a major holiday weekend, and that becomes a recipe for disaster!! However, each PuroClean technician we worked with, in person, or on the phone, took the time to walk us through the entire process. Derek, Ryan, Gene, and Joshua, are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer my many, many questions and made recommendations based on their experience working with water loss like ours. Though, the biggest impact they made was their genuine care for me, my family, our home, and even our dog Bella!! -

1 year agoSeveral months ago I came home to a totally destroyed guest room. There was a leak from a pipe that was separated in the attic. I had no idea who to call or what to do. I was referred to PuroClean. Derek came out and looked at the at the mess and made arrangements to start the next day. He completed the work by himself and it was very professional and efficient. I hope that I never have to do this again but if I need their services I will immediately. Molina even tried to work with the insurance company but they still refused to pay. The cost was reasonable, especially for the amount of work and hauling off wet Sheetrock and carpet. etc...They are a local, family owned business and very easy to work with. Give them a call for your water restoration needs. You won't regret it.

FAQ
How does PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the extent of water damage, including affected areas and moisture levels, to provide a detailed quote after our initial inspection. An upfront fee of $195 applies for the assessment, which we refund if you proceed with our services. This approach ensures transparent costs tailored to your specific leak, flood, or crawl space situation.
Are you licensed and insured for water and fire damage restoration?
PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston holds the necessary licensing and insurance required for property restoration work in the Charleston area. Our certification covers water damage remediation, fire damage services, and mold prevention tasks. Homeowners can verify our credentials through state licensing boards or by contacting us directly for documentation.
Does PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston handle sewer pipe leaks in crawl spaces and attic pipe bursts?
We specialize in water damage from leaks, floods, sewer pipes in crawl spaces, and attic bursts, arriving to dry out areas and remove damaged materials like drywall. Our process includes exposed studs and thorough drying to prevent mold growth in humid conditions. We also manage fire damage restoration alongside these water-related tasks.
What is your typical response time and arrival window for emergencies?
We offer 24/7 emergency response, arriving quickly to your Charleston-area property regardless of the time. Expect our team within hours of your call to begin assessment and drying. Scheduling follows your needs, with clear updates on timelines for drying, repairs, and insurance coordination.
How does PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston handle cleanup and debris after water damage remediation?
We remove saturated materials such as drywall and debris from affected rooms, then dry and treat the space to inhibit mold. Our team leaves your property secure, with waste properly disposed of according to local regulations. You receive guidance on next steps, including any temporary protections until full repairs.
Why is your professional water damage restoration safer than attempting DIY fixes?
Professional equipment detects hidden moisture and dries structures thoroughly, preventing mold that DIY methods often miss in humid climates. We coordinate with insurance from the start, avoiding coverage issues from improper handling. Our trained teams manage safety risks like electrical hazards and structural weakening that homeowners cannot address alone.
