  Our driver does a great job. He stopped one day to take some waste that was not in the can! Bless him and his team!

  CANCELLED SERVICE DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY. 3/20/24: Multiple missed pickups and when they do find the time the can is left in the highway for people to hit. I have attempted to contact them for MONTHS to have my can replaced with no response. 3/27/24: After posting this review they have reached out and confirmed I will get a new can. Well it's been another week and I still have the busted one 4/1/24: The can is almost completely severed down the middle after a recent pick up. No sign of a replacement anytime soon. I guess "promptly" has a different definition to these people. I reckon I'll just wrap the can in tape to hold it together

  If negative stars were a thing that's what I would give this company!!! We raked our leaves, bagged them in the brown leaf bags, placed them on the curb over 3 weeks ago and called Carolina Waste to schedule a yard debris pickup. Please tell me why those same bagged leaves are still on the curb? I have called 4 times only for the customer service Rep to promise it will be picked up to no avail. I called YET AGAIN first thing in the morning on yesterday, December 17,2025 even asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Not only did they NOT call me when I came home the leaves were STILL on the curb!! If they were doing me a favor and NOT charging me then I would have no reason to be upset but I am paying for a service that I am not getting!! If I didn't have to use them I would get rid of this company in a heartbeat. If you have the option of who to choose, DO NOT CHOOSE THEM or you will be at their mercy begging them to do a job that they either refuse to do or aren't capable of doing because they don't have the man power!! Either way I'm pissed because you know what they did send on time?? The bill stating when my next auto draft will occur. They SUCK, do not fall for the niceties offered by the customer service folks as they are made out to be liars because the trash pick up people do NOT follow through and they have no control over it!!!
