7 months agoWe've been paying for service for more than 2 months in the HOPE that they will actually deliver a pail & retrieve trash! A face value this shouldn't be a particularly difficult task yet we've had no service. My only wish that is that there would be a private company we could work with. They're a monopoly and don't deliver. -

7 months agoOn December 16th i called Carolina waste and explained that I had gone out to pick up my trash can as soon as the trash collector left. The trash can was gone, they said it probably fell into the hopper. As of January 12th I have not received a new trash can. I have called them numerous timesnAnd they say they have no trash cans. Call them today, said they just got some in.And they would deliver it soon. I cannot understand why a trash company cannot get a replacement out to a customer in almost a month. -
