We were impressed with their strong customer service, knowledge and friendliness - a pleasure to work with. Chad Stokes, the owner, is very hands on and personally handled setting up our full-service plan. He also responds swiftly to questions using text message, phone call or by coming to see us. We are now able to enjoy our yard because we are no longer all-you-can-bite mosquito buffets! They also take care of any general pest control as we need it. Service is consistently prompt, affordable and reliable. Their service messaging system is super helpful. We get a reminder before scheduled service, and they always ask if there is any specific issue to be addressed. On the day of service, the system lets us know about when the technician will be arriving. Stokes Pest makes us feel like they care about us. -
