6 months agoCarolina Custom Electric techs who came to my house were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure my light fixture that was not properly installed and had fallen, was put back in correctly and they added additional support. They also cleaned up afterwards. In addition, they took the time to also look at my electrical panel that was causing us issues and explain what was needed. I will definitely use them again. -

1 year agoThis should actually be a 10 star review but Google only allows 5. Kellie and her team are beyond amazing. We built a new home downtown Charleston and they made the experience seamless and fun. David Lusita ( no longer there) and David P. are experienced, knowledgeable, HONEST and responsive. Everyone returns phone calls and emails and are top notch communicators. All of my fixtures were hung with extreme care. Everyone at Carolina Custom is incredible, but Milton takes customer service to the next level. They did everything in our home from the AV work to the electrical inside and outside. They are a one stop shop which helped keep my project on schedule. If you want to work with a company where everything is done right the first time, people show up when they say they are going to be there, and the work is done with knowledge and skill. If you want EXCELLENCE then look no further. Carolina Custom Electric.is an excellent company. I recommended them to our friends that are building on Daniel Island, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for AV, electrical, and or lighting.
