They are nice, professional, and not pushy; they want to make sure you get the best product for you. We especially appreciated this as novice first time home buyers! They have a showroom and then they come onsite to do measurements. Work was completed quickly, the worksite was kept tidy, and the flooring looks great! -

2 years agoCarpet/padding is nice and price was reasonable. However, it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond to any communication. Would have to send multiple emails and leave multiple voicemails to ever hear anything . I had a question post install about a few issues I noticed and never heard back either -

2 years agoIf your sign states you open at 10am, you should be there by 0945. It's 1010 and the place is closed and dark. Poor customer service in my opinion. I'll take by business elsewhere
