(1) since I have used them before I realized that some of the expense was hard to predict, specifically the running of the wire from the circuit panel to a new location. I that that part myself and was then capable of scheduling the time slot online as it was easy to predict the cost without having to have someone come out and guess. Very nice feature. (2) had a new electrician who readily accepted an extra hand when feeding the wire into the panel (previously electricians felt the "had to do it ALL themselves") , went a lot quicker. Pleasant working with everyone involved. -
