10 months agoIf I could leave a zero star review I would. This lady (Jackie- the owner) quoted me a very steep price for a deep clean. But you should get what you pay for, so I was willing to pay it for a good service. Unfortunately it was anything but that. She had an attitude when here, the cleaning was nowhere close to a deep clean. The mirrors and glass doors had smear/smudges all over them (which of course you could not see unless you looked at them in the right angle). There were cobwebs and dust in front of my fireplace (which is the focal point of our living room). My husband?s desk was in total disarray and my computer required a restart as nothing would work after she cleaned the office. I would rate this cleaning as an F, and most certainly not a ?deep clean? she charged me for. A week went by and my husband found a broken piece of his guitar. When asked about it was very defensive and rude. Stay away from this lady, you do not get what you pay for with her, and get an attitude instead -
