3 weeks agoHad them wash a silk area rug. Was told that the high traffic areas would lighten and that it might not come back perfect but would be improved. Rug came back looking exactly the same as when it left. Not convinced they even cleaned it. Charged 350 plus a pickup charge for absolutely nothing. Guy who dropped it off said if I called the manager he thought they would send someone out to attempt to clean it in place. Left two messages for manager and never recieved a call back. Would not recommend using them to clean area rugs. -

4 weeks agoIt cost me close to $600 to have one rug cleaned. When the rug came back, 90 percent (maybe more) of the stains weren't removed and the binding was actually damaged and frayed. So I spent $600 for no results and a damaged rug. I rarely leave reviews and I've gone back and forth on sharing this, but $600 is an insane amount to pay to not have a clean rug, but instead, a damaged rug. -

4 weeks agoAustin and Brian were absolutely fantastic. Austin did an incredible job on the carpets, which now look noticeably cleaner and fresher, and Brian completely transformed the air ducts. They were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The ducts are no longer full of dog hair from the previous owner, which was such a relief. I am extremely happy with Zerorez, but most impressed with the people they employ. Austin and Brian were outstanding, and I would request them again without hesitation.
