4 weeks ago"Lifetime warranty on all workmanship and labor." - NOT! Have used SF twice and although EXPENSIVE was satisfied with the Crew and install. All Customer Service is BEHIND their website and less than a year after installation, our our request for 2 gate adjustments (pictures sent) was met with RULES & a resounding NO! NO AFTER THE SALE LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM SF. In response to your dispute filed w/Google - see 10/31 $10,500 contract by Maria and subsequent service request with Beth @mycharlottefence a year later and her DENIAL of coverage under your Lifetime Warranty. -

2 months agoThis is a mixed review.When we called about the fence,we told them numerous times due to reasons we needed the job completed in one day...We were assured it would be.Well it was not.The email confirmation said they would be here between 7:30 and 9:00am...They showed up at 9:30am. The installers had to come back the following day,to finish... We also noticed gaps in the bottom of the fence,where the previous one had no gaps.. It does look nice. -
