3 years agoScheduled a tree removal estimate a few days ago for today (10/18/2022) for 3 pm. No call, No show, doesn't answer when called. Sent cancellation a few minutes before they were suppose to arrive. This is 1 of the 4 out of 5 companies I reached out to who gave no response. Good luck getting a tree removed in Columbia! -

FAQ
Does GNC Tree Service, LLC offer free estimates for tree removal?
We provide estimates for tree removal and property clearing jobs. Contact us to schedule a visit to your Irmo property so we can assess the scope, including the number and size of trees. Our quotes cover jobs from precise takedowns to clearing multiple trees, ensuring your land is ready for the next use.
Are you licensed and insured for tree work?
GNC Tree Service, LLC carries the necessary insurance to protect your property during tree removal and clearing. We handle work near structures and power lines with proper coverage for any incidents. Always request proof of insurance before any crew starts on your site.
Does GNC Tree Service, LLC handle storm damage cleanup and tree trimming near power lines?
We tackle storm damage cleanup, including removing fallen trees from houses and trimming near power lines. Our crew uses bucket lifts and chainsaws for safe access to tall trees and large branches. This covers both emergency situations and routine property clearing in Irmo.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times with you?
We aim to arrive on schedule for estimates and jobs, discussing timelines upfront based on your needs. Factors like job size and weather affect completion, with big clearing projects taking more time than single takedowns. Confirm your appointment details when booking to set clear expectations.
Does GNC Tree Service, LLC clean up debris after tree removal?
We leave your property cleared and ready after tree removal and clearing. Our process includes handling branches, trunks, and waste from the site. Discuss any specific requests, like stacking wood, before work begins to match your plans.
Why is hiring you safer than attempting tree removal myself?
Professional tree service uses specialized equipment like bucket lifts and chainsaws to reach high branches and power lines safely. DIY attempts risk falls, property damage, or power line contact without proper training and gear. Our hands-on approach ensures precise cuts and secure takedowns for any size job.
