6 months agoAfter paying 15,000 for the bleachers to begin production, My project has been pending for 22 weeks with constant delays and excuses. Instead of receiving clear updates or solutions, I was met with sarcasm directly from the company president, when asked for clear answers. His response included dismissive comments such as: * "We are not magic nor do we possess a Time Machine." * "I do not need you to try and tell me how to run my business." After waiting this long, I would have expected professionalism, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would strongly caution others before working with this company. -

15 years agoKevin was very professional & courteous. He went over everything with me before & during the process. He did all the taping, repairs to the walls & ceiling (some of which I didn't even know were there), applied primer, & finished the ceiling & closet the first day. He came back the next day to apply the thicker second coat to the walls & finish/clean up. The room looked great when he was finished. It looked like an entirely new room. Once I am finished working & redecorating in that room & move on to the next room, I will definitely rehire him. -
