2 months agoi never leave reviews, but this has to be shared. I have a condo in Sea Pines. I was told 3 years ago that my outside deck area would be fixed and replaced. Its rotten. Its hideous to look at in the community. I pay a crap ton of money every year to this company. Here we are 3 years later and its the same. Unacceptable. Run. Use someone else. -

FAQ
How does IMC Resort Services, Inc. determine pricing for snow removal services?
We determine pricing based on the size of the outdoor areas like decks and properties, along with the amount of snow accumulation and access requirements. Property owners receive custom quotes after we assess the specific needs of the community association or individual unit. This ensures fair costs tailored to the hands-on maintenance involved in clearing decks and surrounding areas.
Are you licensed and insured for snow removal work?
IMC Resort Services, Inc. maintains business licenses in Beaufort County, The Town of Bluffton, and The Town of Hilton Head Island to support our community association management and maintenance services. These licenses cover the operational aspects of our hands-on support, including snow removal for properties. Homeowners can verify our compliance through local authorities for added assurance.
Does IMC Resort Services, Inc. handle snow removal on decks and outdoor areas for condos?
We provide snow removal services specifically for outdoor areas such as decks and properties within community associations we manage. Our team addresses these tasks as part of routine maintenance support for condo owners in areas like Sea Pines. This keeps walkways and decks clear during winter conditions common to Hilton Head Island properties.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for snow removal scheduling?
We respond promptly to owner needs for snow removal, prioritizing quick action after snow events to clear decks and outdoor areas. Scheduling depends on weather conditions and association requests, with our team arriving within agreed windows communicated via email or text. Owners can expect clear updates on when to anticipate service based on the volume of properties we handle.
What should I expect from IMC Resort Services, Inc. after snow removal regarding cleanup?
After snow removal, we clear decks and outdoor areas of snow and ice, leaving the surfaces safe and accessible for use. Debris like piled snow is managed according to community association guidelines to minimize impact on shared spaces. Property owners benefit from tidy conditions that support everyday activities without additional hassle.
Why is your professional snow removal approach safer than DIY methods?
Our professional approach uses proper equipment and techniques for safely clearing snow from decks and outdoor areas, avoiding risks like structural damage or slip hazards from improper tools. DIY efforts often overlook the weight of snow on elevated surfaces, which our experienced team assesses to prevent accidents. Homeowners gain peace of mind knowing the job meets community standards without personal exposure to winter hazards.
