4 months agoI had a not so great experience with this company. Thom came to our gated community and did not wait for a pass and ramed the gate. We were given a fine that he asked me to pay. I had a rug repaired that still has ripples in it and texted him multiple times to follow up that the ripples are not falling out and he said "please do not contact me". The sales people at KPM lack southern hospitality and customer service, not something I am accustomed to. Would not recommend them. -

Thom was immensely helpful with project details and with the selection of the engineered hardwood from so many options, and Kathleen was incredibly gracious, supportive, and kind. The installers, Alex and Jordan, were absolute experts, and the crew was very hard working and precise, with so many really sweet guys. In particular, Federico, on the crew, was so wonderful and helpful. I am extremely grateful to all. Thank you so much for a huge job so well done. -
