2 years agoI freaked out when I saw a snake in my garage. I called Pinnacle. Michael, who responded to my call was very very helpful and caring and concerned. He helped me through it and came out and got rid of the copperhead in my garage fairly quickly. He took it to set it free in the woods out in Ridgeland. I highly recommend their service. He took time to look at other things around my house and explain things to me in detail. This was a caring, professional, and I don't think I would ask for anybody better than this.
