1 year agoWorst moving company in the world. Still waiting after two years for them to make good on what they damaged and lost. I even bought the insurance but to no avail. They say the guys that handled my move were fired. I called almost every day fo awhile and got nowhere. Do yourself a favor and find some other, any other company to move with. They just pass the buck and ignore you. -

1 year agoSpoke with a gentleman by phone in their Charleston office who was extremely rude, non cooperative, and was not willing to help me in any form when I simply just needed their Charleston address in which it was not on their website. Extremely disappointed in their customer service -

1 year agoThese guys are really great. Efficient, friendly, would recommend to anyone moving in the Charleston - Myrtle Beach area. They wrapped our furniture, moved heavy boxes and finished everything all in 3.5 hours from North Charleston to Mount Pleasant. We had great service and very much appreciated their professionalism. Jay and Shane were awesome! -

1 year agoI have used moving services several times and this was the best experience by far. My daughter moved from a Charleston second floor apartment to a third floor Chicago apartment. Darius and Cortez handled the move and did a great job. I highly recommend Miracle Movers -

1 year agoUnethical! I do not recommend using their services. I booked the service to move today. I received a confirmation 3 days ago confirming arrival time. The movers did not show up. When I called, I was told that my move had been canceled because I did not reply to the confirmation nor return any of the 3 calls informing me of the cancelation. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The email 3 days prior did not request a response from me. I never received any calls or voicemails. Now I am sitting here seeking an emergency move with another company. Unethical company. I'm sure they gave my appointment to someone else!
