We had Jason and his company refinish our downstairs floors that were almost 40 years old We then had him remove all the carpeting and particleboard from our second story and 3 staircases and replace with hardwood. We are more than pleased. His crew is great to work with, professional, respectful, honest and definitely know the job. 2 months agoI had Pioneer Concepts come out to give me a quote on replacing the hardwood floors in my home. The flooring was original to the home. My home was built in 1951! Jason came out gave me a quote, explained all my options. We hired his company to perform the work & I'm so happy we did! My floors have never looked so good. 11 months agoPioneer Concepts was referred to me by my cousin who is a contractor, and I am so thankful. I have had a contractor come in and quote a floor repair of a few boards that had been damaged, and a threshold replacement. The other contractor told me it would cost me over $3000 to repair because my subfloor needed replacement. Well that turned out not to be true. Pioneer Concepts LLC came and looked at my floors, told us what was needed, and how much it would cost. All that needed to be done is replace the damaged boards. Remove the existing threshold and replaced it with one that fit properly. Sand and refinish the new boards to match the old floor. Jason was great. He was professional, mannerable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was on time for the appointment. He worked consistently, and in a timely manner, and did just was he said he would do. My floors look great. Jason did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with the work he's done. And it cost a fraction of the amount the first contractor said it would cost.
