Floors not connecting correctly coming apart and when they can back to correct the problem it looks worse now than it did before they attempted to fix it. I would not recommend this business until they have better flooring and better services ce and better communication. I have bought floors for many houses and thought I would try Floors and have regretted that decision. Go somewhere else. Still not fixed by these people. These people still haven't fixed my floors and probably never will. Love hearing my floors pop when I walk across them, my fault for ever picking this place -

General mgr Tim, who understood my unusual request, found what I needed, and even apologized for having me wait a few short minutes. This well stocked company has it all. I'll definitely return for future larger needs. -

3 months agoI'll just start by saying, we have done no business with this company and have no plans to ever after the road rage incident we just experienced with one of their drivers, IN THE COMPANY TRUCK. We were behind them when they started flipping us off and then driving in between lanes. I finally sped around him assuming he was drunk and didn't want to put us at risk, when he came flying up beside us flipping us off again. I have no idea what triggered him or why he had this random rage towards us(I guess a little sedan can be pretty intimidating for such a "big, scary" man) but I will be making a call tomorrow to the company. This is a horrible reflection towards the company. As for the guy, i hope you have the day you deserve.
