2 years agoWe have always received excellent service from Commercial Air Condition Service. They are prompt, efficient, courteous, and know how to repair our issues. Today, Curtis completed our filter replacement service on our numerous vents, and then was more than happy to fulfill my special request of replacing some damaged ceiling tiles. This was not part of his job, but he did not even hesitate to help me and even vacuumed up the debris from damaged tiles! Being in the service business ourselves (Totalhr in Greenville), we recognize and appreciate excellent customer service, and that is exactly what Curtis provided today! -

5 years agoServicing performed on our of our clients AC units. Following up on the service, I found the AC package unit to be in the off position at the disconnect and zip tied to stay off. Technician erroneously sabotaged our AC and tried to invoice for a $1,000 replacement motor. Everything was working properly. -
