The quality and workmanship of the pool are absolutely top-notch. You can tell they take real pride in what they build, and the attention to detail shows in every part of the project. The crew was incredibly professional and respectful, and they were honestly just great people to work with throughout the entire process. One thing that really impressed us was how clean and organized the job site was every single day. They kept everything tidy and made sure our yard was well taken care of while the work was being done. On top of that, they completed the project much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality. Communication was excellent, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and every step of the process felt smooth and well managed. Now that it's finished, we can honestly say we're completely satisfied with every aspect of the project from start to finish. 4 months agoWe built a new home and left our old hot tub with the sold house. We did a lot of searching for a new one and ended up with Hot Springs because of a good sales experience with Adrian. The delivery crew did a great job and taught us well about maintaining the new tub. Overall, a very positive process and would recommend Hot Springs if you're looking for a salt water system spa. -

4 months agoOur backyard was difficult to access and design a pool that would work with a drainage ditch/culvert with a setback. They did a great job of working to find a solution that fit what we wanted and suggested something we had not thought about (small "cocktail" pool that also doubles as a spa with jets and heat!). It looks great and we are able to use it year round. They were responsive to every request or email.
