14 years ago$245 I am very wary when I have people come out to my house to do any job. However, Jim Turner (the owner of the company) was really honest. He walked me through what was wrong. He made me really comfortable. I have recommended him to a couple of my family members since then. The work cost me $169 and $69 for labor. He was really personable and very honest. He helped me understand what the problem was without asking me to replace the entire furnace. He tested a couple of areas with his electric meter and told that the bearing was bad. It was not allowing the air to go by. He explained it all; it was perfect. I was very happy with him. He came out within an hour after I had called him. It was very cold outside. So, I had thought that it would take him a couple of days to come out. I was really happy with his service. I would hire him again in the future.
