Ultimately, it was more than what we wanted to spend but we now have piece of mind that we have hot water again after a horrific experience with another plumber and two months without hot water! -

4 months agoMike was great. But the communication between PlumbPro and the customer was awful. No phone calls to confirm time, plumber showing up 6:30pm at night. Scheduled times were not followed. PlumbPro needs to work on their communication skills with their clients.
